Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using NameGenius, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using this service.
Use License
Permission is granted to temporarily use NameGenius for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:
- Modify or copy the materials
- Use the materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display
- Attempt to reverse engineer any software contained on NameGenius
- Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials
- Transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server
Service Description
NameGenius provides an AI-powered business name generation tool. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time without notice.
User Accounts
When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account.
Subscription and Billing
Some parts of the service are billed on a subscription basis. You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis. Billing cycles are set on a monthly or annual basis.
Refunds
Certain refund requests may be considered by NameGenius on a case-by-case basis and granted at the sole discretion of NameGenius. Please see our Refund Policy for more details.
Intellectual Property
The service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Axivra Holdings Inc. and its licensors.
Limitation of Liability
In no event shall NameGenius, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Axivra Holdings Inc. operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
