30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for all subscription purchases. If you are not satisfied with NameGenius for any reason, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your purchase.

Lifetime Plan Refunds

Lifetime plan purchases are eligible for a refund within 60 days of purchase. After 60 days, lifetime purchases are non-refundable.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

1. Contact our support team at support@namegenius.com
2. Include your account email and order number
3. Briefly explain the reason for your refund request
4. We will process your request within 5-7 business days

Refund Processing

Once your refund is approved, it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are non-refundable:

• Subscription renewals after the initial 30-day period
• Lifetime plans purchased more than 60 days ago
• Services that have been fully consumed or used extensively

Chargebacks

If you file a chargeback with your credit card company instead of contacting us directly, your account will be immediately suspended and you will be banned from using NameGenius in the future.
